Promotions of on-going bureaucrats: Prime Minister Imran summons the board of the superior authority meeting today
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan once again convened a meeting of the high-level authorities meeting on Monday (web hamari) to grant final approval to the promotions of several bureaucrats.
The MP will preside over the session and review the personal files of the Grade 21 officers who are expected to be promoted to Grade 22. The PM secretary, the secretarial establishment division and other cabinet members will attend the meeting today.
According to the details, the first phase of the preparations to improve 25 officers has been completed. In addition, the discussion about the promotions of the grade 22 officers will also take place during the session.
The sources reported that seven members of the Pakistan Administrative Group, 14 officers of the Secretariat Group and two officers from each group of the Police and Information Department will probably obtain promotions.
In the first session of the meeting, the seniority list of 35 officers was examined.
