The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Qureshi, asks his UAE counterpart

The meeting held on the sidelines of the 9th Sir Bani Yas Forum in the UAE’s external office was discussed to improve bilateral cooperation and regional issues of mutual interest between the two countries.
Currently, Shah Mahmood Qureshi is in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a two-day visit in which he represents Pakistan at the 9th Forum of Sir Bani Yas.
The forum organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates will have a broad participation of foreign ministers from several countries where issues related to the Middle East will be discussed.
Earlier, on October 26, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi met with a high-level delegation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and discussed issues related to increased trade volume and other issues.
In informing the media about the meeting, the Foreign Minister said that the delegation headed by the Minister of State and the Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Dr. Sultan Aljaber, visited Pakistan on the directive of the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.
He said he discussed with the UAE delegation several suggestions to boost the volume of trade between the two countries.
During the meeting, the installation of a state-of-the-art LNG terminal, an oil refinery, the food processing industry and other topics were also discussed.
