Civil judge survives assassination attempt in Rawalpindi

web hamari: Police arrested three defendants allegedly involved in an attempt to kill a Islamabad civil judge in Rawalpindi, reported on Saturday.

According to the details, unidentified armed men opened fire on the vehicle of civil judge Suleman Badar near the Chakri Exchange in Rawalpindi, where he was traveling last night.

The judge was traveling with his family to Islamabad from Lahore, when his car was ambushed in the Chakri exchange. No casualties were reported in the shooting incident, local police said.

Shortly after the attack, the police conducted an operation to search for the arrest of attackers in the Trinol area and arrested three suspects.

The investigation into the attack on the civil judge was under way.

In the month of April of this year, in a shooting incident, unidentified persons were dismissed at the residence of the Supreme Court judge, Ijazul Ahsan, in the Model Town area of ​​Lahore.

Shortly after the dismissal incident at the residence of the SC judge, the CJP took note of the incident and ordered that the matter be investigated.

The attack was widely condemned by people from various sectors of society.
